  The Retreat Studio has great modern equipment - always immaculately clean and fully functional. I love that each week we do different exercises working with a variety of equipment; no opportunity to get bored. Olga also adapts exercises to suit any injuries or conditions you have, to ensure the best possible session. And there is advice for homework too! If you want to join a group session, everyone is very friendly. Highly recommended.
