  My local barber for some years. I have visited Phoenix over the past few weeks and noticed they are under staffed. I also noticed of late they charge a clipper cut for same price has a scissor cut, even though clipper takes half the time! Music is too loud and not easy listening! I won't he coming back for a while...shame!
