  Excellent, friendly service. It took me a number of visits before I finally chose my glasses but everyone was very patient and helpful. I’m delighted with the finished product.

  It seems some people have had poor experiences here and so I was initially wary, but it just goes to show that a company is only as good as the individuals representing it.
  
  In fact, I made a point of taking the names of the two people who assisted me - Mr Gill was the Optometrist and Dilan Cara was the sales associate - as they were both excellent and I wanted to recognise them for it.
  
  I have had poor experiences in large chain opticians before - where the emphasis seems to be on volume of customers and you feel very much like a unit being processed.
  
  However, on this occasion, I dealt with two very pleasant, patient and genuine people who seemed to actually want me to have the best experience possible. I was spending a fair bit, but I didn't feel taken for granted in any way.
  
  Mr Gill took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of my questions with good humour and made me feel very comfortable.
  
  Ms Cara waited with grace and courtesy while I tried on countless frames and was actually very helpful and honest in terms of getting the right style for my face type.
  
  Some might say this should be a standard experience in any shop, but of course it isn't, so well done to them.
  
  I haven't yet collected my frames, so the whole deal could potentially go south, but I don't expect it to!
