  Hard to write enough superlatives about Ming. Fantastic customer service, great responsiveness, clearly great boiler knowledge. No need to go anywhere else for boiler repairs in the St.Albans area. Just great !

  Once again Herts Boilers sorted out a problem, this time with my (Ideal FF250) boiler - with very quick, expert and effective visit. The fault was fixed (and the cause explained - with suggestions for future maintenance) within an hour or so of my fault report - and at reasonable expense. Ming's service is excellent! - here are my previous feedback comments from recent years: "....once again I am very pleased with rapid, flexible, professional and effective service! Within a day of reporting the problem, Ming visited, diagnosed and fixed the problem - which required replacement of a valve in the heating circuit, using stock carried on the van. I wholeheartedly recommend Herts Boilers!"; ".... Excellent service. Responded very quickly to on-line request. Arranged suitable time to visit. Arrived on time. Very quickly diagnosed the two faults I had (tripped hot water thermostat and tripped immersion heater) and probable cause. Within minutes our hot water was heating again! Clearly explained what had happened, and what to do in case it re-occurred. Charges very reasonable. I fully recommend Herts Boilers"
