  Superb experience. Drove from Chelmsford to St. Albans and was impressed by the showroom. We met one of the owners (Neil) who talked us through the different bi-fold products and various pro's and con's of each. No pushy sales-pitch. We placed our order and within a week a surveyor came out who was very professional and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. 4 weeks later Dave and Dan turned up to fit 5 meters of bi-folds and did a fantastic job. Both guys were polite, and communicated with us throughout the day as to the different stages of the job. After-sales has been just as good so thanks guys. P.S. The Origin bi-folds we went for have been brilliant.
