  Very good for a 'globo' gym, decent selection of equipment including small lifting platforms and a sled. Sometimes classes and or PTs take up too much space in the gym making it hard to workout if you don't want to sit on machines. Also please maintain the Olympic bars, the ends are supposed to easily spin, not have signs of rust.. overall recommend apart from those minor caveats.
